Advisers using the Novia wrap will now have access to all iShares sterling exchange traded funds to advisers.
The addition means advisers will be able to track a variety global markets and indices including property yields, Shari’ah investments and government bonds through the Novia platform. Exchange traded funds have gained popularity over the past year with a number of advisers looking for passive management and lower charges.
‘All indications from the market show ETFs are gaining popularity with investors and advisers,’ said Bill Vasilieff, Novia chief executive. ‘This provides a broader spread of investment choice and cost effective alternatives for Novia clients and their advisers.’
iShares’ parent Barclay Global Investors now has $400 billion of assets under management from its different ETF ranges.
